We worked with Gladiator Roofing & Solar in October 2023 to repair our roof after experiencing a significant leak. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about the owner, Jason, and his staff. First, they quickly responded to our immediate emergency needs and tarped of our roof so we didn’t experience further damage. They then provided a clear, thorough quote and completed their work quickly and professionally. They even worked through some miserable fall weather to make sure we had a new roof before winter.
Jason also showed us an amazing amount of empathy, care, and customer service. We had to attend a funeral before the project started, so he graciously moved our start date to accommodate us, and sent a beautiful message offering us his condolences. He updated us several times throughout each day of the project. When he ran into a problem caused by the previous roofer, he paused and asked us how we wanted to move forward, giving us a number of options. We have two big dogs, so he asked permission before going into the backyard to make sure our dogs and his crew were safe.
